Frank&Robbert Robbert& Frank were invited by curator Griet Menschaert to present their large scale installation of GO AWAY SORROW OF THE WORLD during the 2020 Biennale for contemporary art in Ninove(BE) - KRASJ.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all but one artwork was cancelled and the festival was f postponed. The sculpture by R&F F&R is the only work that was installed and signals a message of hope for the city of Ninove and the world at large.
The work will remain in Ninove (@ Antoon De Vlaeminckstraat 25, 9400 Ninove) until the festival can once again take place in safe conditions.
The mantra 'Go Away Sorrow of the World' is central to a variety of works by F&R R&F. Find out more about these works on the Sorrow Blog.
